Car Welding Line

Car Welding Line is the most important process of the whole production line, It means to weld all the parts to the car body. The key equipments are the jigs and the welding system. Jigs also call the welding fixture. The jigs are to improve the welding precision of the car body, and the car welding line uses the spot welding process to make the body has enough strength. Car Painting Line

Car Painting Line is the most high technical requirements of the car production process; the welded car body needs to go through pickling,phosphating, cathodic electrophoresis,washing and other more than a dozen processes, so that the vehicle has the function of corrosion and rust t prevention. After the electrophoresis of the body, after heating process, send to the painting process, under normal circumstances, need to go through three times of painting and two times of heating, to become the BIW car body. Calls the Body in White. Then will transfer to the Car Assembly Line.
