Bus Skin Rolling Machine

The side skin roll forming equipment is a special equipment that makes the skin meet the cross-section requirements of the drawing through the rolling of the mold (roller). The left bearing seat (with roller) of the equipment is fixed as a whole, and the right bearing seat (with roller) can slide left and right as a whole, so as to achieve a multi-purpose machine with adjustable width.

After the frame and skin are positioned on the equipment and the skin is pulled tight by the hydraulic tension device, the frame transporter transfers the frame to the spot-welding position, and the double-sided single spot-welding machine fixed on the gantry frame and accompanying trolley moves synchronously with the gantry frame and accompanying trolley and presses spot welding.
