Bus welding line is the process of making the bus body frame and skin. Bus Skin Rolling Machine

Bus skin rolling machine is the equipment to make the steel plate becomes the skin of the bus body with different shape, which is the shell of the bus that we see. Like side skin rolling machine, top skin rolling machine and top-side skin rolling machine.

The side skin roll forming equipment is a special equipment that makes the skin meet the cross-section requirements of the drawing through the rolling of the mold (roller). Bus Body Side Skin Electric Tension Machine, also known as electric thermal stretching machine or skin thermal expansion and contraction tension equipment.

After the frame and skin are positioned on the equipment and the skin is pulled tight by the hydraulic tension device, the frame transporter transfers the frame to the spot-welding position, and the double-sided single spot-welding machine fixed on the gantry frame and accompanying trolley moves synchronously with the gantry frame and accompanying trolley and presses spot welding. The axle mounting trolley( as the axle installation cart) is used for the assembly of the front and rear axle of the bus in the bus assembly line. The assembly vehicle is composed of skeletion, lifting device, walking system, support device, hydraulic systen and control system, with automatic walking mechanism .

The equipment consists of a walking wheel, frame, boom adjusting mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a control system. Two directional and two universal casters( with brakes) are used as walking wheels to drive the walking mode manually. When the crane is stopped, the caster brake mechanism is pressed to ensure the safety of use.The frame is welded with profiles to ensure the strength of use.

The hydraulic tensioning device consists of a mobile clamping system, a fixed clamping tensioning system, a hydraulic system, and electrical control system and other accessory components.

The hydraulic tensioning technology adopts the characteristics of large hydraulic cylinder strength, and can adapt to the needs of relatively large skin thickness and width. Applicable bus panel width: 300mm-1500mm. Applicable bus panel thickness:0.8mm-1.2mm.
